Judy quest bug?

I finished 'Ex Factor' (I killed woodman at doll). after I talked with Maiko and Judy and left the building, that's it. Judy never contact me to continues her quests line. I tried called her, sleep, wait and do other missions for hours and she still not contact me.
I finished Panam and River quest line already. I want to complete Judy story too before going to dog town but I'm stuck here. :(

Got the same problem... For both of my saves (streetkid male and corpo female). After the mission, where we kill Woodman the quest just won't continue anymore no matter how many days have past...

You have to complete the Voodoo Boys mission called Transmission https://cyberpunk.fandom.com/wiki/Transmission first, all the fan sites and youtube video's mention

To start Both Sides, Now you need to complete the main missions, Transmission, in Act Two.

Roughly twenty-four hours after you've finished this mission you'll receive a call from Judy and Both Sides, Now will begin.

I definetly finished Judies entire quest line before ever talking to any of the VDBs.

I'm yet to start any of the VDB missions at all and am on the mission to make an offer with Maiko to the Tiger Claws to take over Clouds (whichever part it is immediately after Talking Bout a Revolution).

I also completed all of Judy's quests before talking to a vdb, I think you need to wait a little bit longer until she calls or messages you.

Be patient, sometimes it's fast, sometimes it takes a while before an NPC calls you.

This thing can happen with any NPC or even with Skippy.

In my actual playthrough, I killed more than 50 people with Skippy, 253 exactly, but Skippy didn't want to talk to me about Regina but after a very long time, he told me about his previous owner Regina.
In a previous playthrough, he spoke directly to me about Regina after 50 kills.

I just restarted prologue act 2, reloaded a old save and just did Jackies funeral, and need to start Judy's mission's, I'll see if I can do all her missions before attempting the Voodoo boys mission's

I restarted prologue act 2 because I couldn't find the erebus recipe at the space port, I don't think the reed choice has the erebus weapon reward

I've finished VDB, Panam, River, Regina, Claire story line already. Only the Delamain missions I have start. I want to start DLC but I want to finished Judy story first. Her quest lines stuck after Ex Factor. I don't know what to do.

False. Only happens if you accept Maiko's payment otherwise Judy is cool with you.

It's a long shot, but when Judy refused to give me pyramid song it solved itself by driving to pacifca (the mall specifically) and just waiting a minute or two for her to call, this was after I'd waited for a month in game to get her to continue her questline, maybe it helps, maybe not, but for whatever reason that spot seemed to unstuck her when she wasn't working correctly.

50 kills is when he's supposed to ask you if you're happy with the selected mode, telling you about Regina happens some time after that conversation.

Sure, varying degrees, but as far as ending the quest line, apt.

You can side with Maiko during the conversation and still decline her payment afterwards so still false.

yea questline is bugged as hell in cyberpunk. I complete the story then ask my brother "where's my big sniper from panam?". That question leads me to discovering the game didn't give me continuation on judy's quest, panam's quest, delemaine quest, and the quest with the detective.
