Game not launching after 2.02 update, help? [Solved]

As the title says, the game won't launch, I press play, launcher comes up, press play on that, everything vanishes and the game fails to launch, no error code or any popups

Things I have tried doing to get the game to work
Turning off the mods
Uninstall the mods
varifying the game files
reinstalling the game
checking my drivers are up to date

and yet, inspite of it all the game fails to launch, and for the record it worked on 2.01

If you installed Mod_Settings at any point, you will not be able to launch the game, until complete deletion of that mod.

Go to C:\Users\(your profile name)\AppData\Local\Programs and delete CD Projekt Red folder there.

Go to steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin and delete x64 folder there.

Do a file check in Steam, it will download files. Launch from Library, as usual.

I really hope this works, i've been on and off wanting to play with mods. Notice some mods requirement is "Mod_settings" mod... so does that mean those won't work either?
Strange thing, it worked a while with the mod, then stopped...

Letting CyberPunk be verified while headed to work, crossing my fingers.

I had the same problem. I needed to uninstall and then reinstall the game on a different hard drive. I works for me now.

I have almost the same problem. It won’t launch, but it gives me a pop up about flatlining. I also have no mods nor mod launcher.

It is very interesting how one mod that had a lot of mods depended on it can be so crappy it wrecks the whole game

i haven't ever installed the whole damn game before, this is seriously stupid
