Teleportation bug

I got randomly teleported across the map to a location I had been at days [game time] earlier. There was a loading screen however,... anyone else caught this bug?

Yes, but I didn't have a loading screen, just a short freeze.
I got teleported out of the city to the badlands and suddenly was on a ladder that I had been on ~1 hour before.
First I thought I had accidentally loaded a quicksave, but no: Didn't lose any progress...

Maybe it's the out of bounds crap triggering. Like, i always got teleported back to oil fields when driving back into city.
Until i found setting in CET options which disable all the out of bounds checks.

There's a bug that teleports you to the last used ladder occasionally. There's also a bug that allows you to snap to a ladder that's above your character even if there's.... say... 20 floors between you and the ladder. Ladders are quite buggy still in 2024.
