Rayfield Caliburn not Spawning

I'm max street cred, and have just rescued Saul, so I thought I was well beyond any requirements for this. I've tried skipping time and checking on a few occasions to see if it's open (it obviously hasn't opened yet).

Any other suggestions to try?

PS: When trying to look this up myself, I saw someone mention something about a side job icon for this now - if that's true, what's involved in finding that?

I remember it not spawning right away too, for some reason. Still the best car in the game.

Johnny's Porsche isn't in the container. The canvas sheet covering it WAS there; but when i pulled it off...no 911/930 underneath.
Johhny does all his dialogue; but no car to get into ultimately.

Okay. I loaded a save right before going to the crate. Second time lucky.
The 911/930 is there. Whew.

I had one on a gig for El Capitan where you have to steal the truck. Something completely screwed up with the spawning and the truck appeared below the map, yet the option to get it was still there. I got in, fell a few hundred metres down, then appeared on the ship again out of the car with a quest marker below me.
Had to restart from an earlier save to get it to appear.
