belly of the beast mission softlock please help

So I'm in the mission belly of the beast and upon entering the tunnel with panam in the baslisk the window of the baslisk starts bugging out and upon finishing the dialog options the game becomes softlocked and I cannot exit the vehicle. does anyone have a fix for this yet? i ticketed project about it last week and got nothing

btw. noteable I have tried reloading to earlier saves and I am still getting the bug. not noteable but intresting is that Panams facial animations lock up during the baslisk ride in the tunnel.

Having the exact same problem. Even tried ending the quest via console and the next part of the mission doesn't trigger.

I'm having the issue as well. Can't get the Star ending. I'll have to reload a previous save to finish Phantom Liberty.
