Were the broken passives fixed?

One of the promises in the 2.02 patch announcement was fixing the broken passives, but i didn't see anything about that in the release notes.

Am i just blind?

Was looking for it in steam announcement changelogs but it's not in. At least in French.

The "Fixed skill progression passives" line is missing from change log I currently see in Steam. Double checked (also got my glasses on, no mistake on my side).

The one on the official forum is accurate.

Forgot to include it in the patch notes on both sites, but the one on the forum got edited afterwards.

You kind of already have that. Tapping your vehicle spawn button instead of holding it down will always summon the last car you were using.
