How can the side quests bug STILL be an issue in this game?

Cyberpunk is a great game and all but this side quests bug has been an issue since day one (December 10, 2020).

If you don't know what I'm talking about the bug prevents you from getting side quests from characters because they simply don't call V to start them.

I currently have a save with 25+ hours that I started after the 2.0 update. Did all the side gigs, DLC and main quests (not including the point of no return) and still haven't receive a call from Judy, Claire or Peralez. I waited in game for 24 hours and went afk for 10 - 15 minutes and still nothing.

I looked it up and there are plenty of people who had the same issues in the past.

It's frustrating because I looked at today's patch notes and there's no mention of fixing this annoying bug.

Usually there is some trigger mission that you need to do before getting the call.

I've completed every side gig, main mission and DLC main and side quests. Still nothing.

cosmetics is more important than game bugs

I had some in the Journal, I noticed them when nearing the last mission. After that, I got a lot of calls driving the city, but they did not show on the map. Only after tracking one, or calling a contact. So call every one that is on list of the phone.

They dont have time to fix new bugs as every patch and fix they do creates 10x more bugs and glitches requiring them to produce more patches which create more bugs, which require more patches which create more bugs. Its the CDPR way.

Wish I could help, but I've never encountered it, now or prior to 2.0. I have something like 400 hours in the game and have done multiple playthroughs, installed on 3 different devices over time. I'm sure you've tried many fixes, but it's hard to say what's going on here.

I called and visited Judy in her apartment. Selected all the blue dialog options. Waited 24 hours. Drove around Night City for 10 to 15 minutes still nothing.
