"I can see clearly now" question about the body strenght check

Can you move the dumpster without the body strenght?
This quest used to require a level 4 body strenght to be able to move the dumpster, now it requires 8 and i don't have it, is there any other way to do it or only with the body strenght?

edit: okay, looks like there is no other way, had to spent 20k on gorilla arms to be able to move the damn dumpster.

skill checks scale with level now, stupid change...
just use this here mod to disable skill check scaling for other checks you will run into.

Still unnecessary. just about ANY build should raise Body to at least 4 for the very nice starting perks it has, while this particular quest skillcheck does not scale higher than 10 and the gorilla arms raise the Body stat for Checks by +6, hence this would just about always be completable without mods.
