Is V alive in the DLC?

At the end of the game's normal story we know that she dies or has her memory stored in something there in Arasaka, in the DLC can she find a way to remove the Relic and continue living?

The DLC takes place before the end of the game, it does add 2 additional endings to the original game, one of which I hear is really good.

The DLC takes place during the main story ... however there is a new ending where she lives, but wishes she was dead.

If you make the right decisions during Phantom Liberty you get an ending that allows V to remove the Relic Chip and continue living. But you lose the ability to use Cyberware and all your friends forget about you and move on because you are put in a Coma for two years. [/spoilers]

Yeah, the Panam w/ Judy Ending is still the best one imo
