I can not say if Pistols are worth it. I have a smart pistol and it is good in a pinch but I speced into SMG and Smart so that is mostly what I use and it is house wrecking more so with the perk that makes smart weapons lock on multiple targets and the perk that marks them lock on instantly when your in over clock mode.
You mean the Netrunner with x2 SMGs without reloading build, right? I think I'll skip it because it seemed too OP and I am not a fan of SMGs.
Good to know that Class and Type Perks stack. So maybe I will try the Intelligence/Cool build with Pistols.
No just a single SMG I'm not doing the Meme build. I get one pistol one SMG and one sniper rifle on my load out. I mostly use quick hacks from cover. the SMG is for when the ♥♥♥♥ its the fan.
For just guns In a limited sense yeah. But your talking about the little +2% here and there form T3 and up cyberware. which does add up when you get all decked out in chrome. But I would say perks are more of the real game charger to weapon play styles then cyberware is.
Not going to lie that does sound like a lot of fun
To equip Kerenzikov you need 18 in Reflexes, no? Which is entirely wasted on a Pistol build since Pistol skills/perks are squeezed into the Cool category now. I don't want to invest 18 points in Reflexes for a Cyberware.
Tbh I feel like Reflexes and Tech are both must haves for any build. Reflexes because of dashing and mitigation (I feel like nobody in their right mind wants to be glued to the ground sitting behind cover looking at enemies to death) Tech because of max Cyberware capacity. That leaves one more category to max out and really shape your build.
Really the question is: What else are you going to pair your pistols with if flying around with full control of air movement and slow motion doesnt peak your interest.
As a pistol-netrunner, do you need points in Tech? Is the Cyberdeck affected by the Tech tree? I might be wrong but a full Tech tree seems to be suitable for melee builds like Mantis Blades.
Nope, there`s no attribute requirements in cyberware in 2.0. You can use whatever you want, still in late game probably you will want to watch out about the scaling modifier that they have each by attribute.
