When does the DLC start in storyline?

Hi, does anyone know if we're supposed to make new characters or continue off at the end game?

I continued after the "end" of the base game and it makes more sense.

The option to start it is available after the quest with the Voodoo Boys, though you can do it at any time after if you wish

I haven't even met the voodoo boys yet and I've got the first PL quest in my journal right now.

It's starts after you finish the voodoo boys mission. As soon as you leave the chapel you get a call.

Pretty sure thats just showing you the quests you need to do to get to the DLC, You can only do the DLC after completing a main story mission called Transmission

CD Project recommend start a new game because 2.0 bring a lot of changes. The DLC start after the mission of the Voodo Boys. But yes, you can start the DLC with you actual character before the mision of Wakako

Oh yeah, you're right, thanks. Just noticed that the "go to the chapel" objective is a duplicate in my log.
