If you remove all overclocks, and you don't crash, then start turning the overclocks back on 1 at a time and play for a couple hours, if no crash keep going till you crash again. Then you'll find your culprit and can address it.
I had what I thought was a rock solid and stable overclock on my rig up until Starfield came out. I was not having any issues, or crashes for over a year. Then I was getting application hangs in Starfield. I removed all the OC and the game was flawless stable and no crashing.
Turns out my CPU OC was too aggressive, too much speed and too much voltage. I had to readjust everything with that OC, but now I have it running better, more efficient and stable. Sometimes an unstable OC will not show itself for months or years, but if you're crashing steadily, then its likely instability.
Error messages are all over the place. It's like I get a new one every time. Could be a problem on my end, the ol' PC has a lot of dust in places where it shouldn't. Even so, I am certain it's not JUST my PC, so I'm hoping to see a solution/ fix for the crashing soon!
Could easily be overheating. Take off the cover, take it outside tomorrow and use a leaf blower on the PC internals from about 10 feet away. Don't want to blow the ♥♥♥♥ out of it, just the dust. If you don't have a leaf blower, then use a vacuum to clean up the heatsinks and fans. https://youtube.com/shorts/AG3NkuFyVmo?si=MaSaOXg3esRFoSrE
