Traffic lights always switching to green
I mean, i noticed that in 1.6 already did you too?

Whenever i come close to a intersection the traffic light no matter what always turns to green once im a certain distance away from it in my car.
Even if it just turned red, i just need to cross some invisible line and it turns green.
In my head canon i think that V has some hacks going.

But yeah, i was just wondering if you all noticed that as well.

I believe that's intentional. in theory it makes the road more fluid for the player. Less stops = more go. that's my take at least. It works until you get stuck in traffic lol.

Hehe yeah maybe that's the reason why, annoying is when you want to turn right on the intersection tho, everyone is waiting, so in my head i would just do a big sweep on the left outside to turn right [drifting] like in GTA for example but in Cyberpunk it ain't working like that because the signal turns to green and everyone is just blocking my right turn
Heh

yeah its definitely not perfect. I can't imagine it helps traffic ai to act normal. But then again, traffic AI already does some weird stuff.

Personally I just car hack everyone in my way and don't really pay much attention to the light.

all it takes is one car to Floor it or E Break and it jacks up all the other Car AI as they panic and I just drive through the mess I made

Yeah, when even one driver gets aggro'd and it gets to be pure pandemonium on the roads, it is glorious. I feel like its accurate too. Cuz the citizens of night city are probably all one road rage incident away from snapping.

I wondered why they did it this way.. it just makes it feel more fake, as if the city favors V more than any other person,,, I guess V is above everyone else and the law? lol
I really wish they would have made it more realistic, it'd be more immersive & challenging imo.

This statement is true .
