What adjustments did you make?
Thanks in advance
And the reason they did the 2.0 update with the graphics jump was to cover up how poorly optimized dogtown is, without 2.0 people would of been looking at 10fps down there, no joke.

i would use low to medium. to maybe get 30+ fps else use fsr set on quality mode to try and get a bit more fps. and dependent on your cpu set crowd density to low for sure
What? Do you think the game switches engines when you get into dogtown? It's the same performance, just significantly higher visual fidelity and more dense (much more demanding to render). That's not poor optimization, unless you have issues with FPS elsewhere on 2.0 and think your FPS is lower than your specs should get.
I personally have no complaints with performance whatsoever. And it largely appears those with good GPUs and a weak CPU are getting hit the hardest, despite them upping minimum requirements.
I really don't see current gen owners complaining. Unlike some games where even the 4090 owners were like what is this crap? That Jedi game launch comes to mind.
Starfield, by comparison, launched with the 4090 actually being outperformed by the 7900 XTX which is abysmal (https://youtu.be/7JDbrWmlqMw). Now that's poor optimization, regardless if it's caused by drivers or the engine.
Your timestamp is 1440p, and 1080p shows over 180 fps. That's pretty damn close. Considering it actually is beaten by the 7900 XTX in that chart it's quite obviously CPU bound my friend. I didn't even need to watch the video to figure that out.
On no planet is someone with a 4090 running @ 1080p medium. And that would make no difference. I don't think anyone with a 4090 is running 1080 period.
He is talking crap mate, you do get them, they make up false statements on the imaginary system they have so they can feel good about themselves but just make themselves look silly.
and it works very well for me (plus the graphics look great)
Thank you all for your help comments
