No call from songbird bug - PL DLC

I am on the Nocturne OP55N1 mission that the game puts me after the ending. Ever since the purchase of dlc, I have not gotten any phone calls from songbird that start the dlc story line.

So far, I have waited 30 min in real time at pacifica, roamed around in the city, and skipped time with no luck. Does anyone have suggestions on this matter?

Did you buy the expansion ?.

Yes, and downloaded it. The game gave me dlc cosmetics

This might be a dumb question.... Have you left your vehicle? She only calls you if you're on foot.

I also never got a call. And when I opened my quest log there was the entry for the dlc mission.

For me it was opposite. I got called the second I got in my car.

You need to have done the quests in Pacifica for it to start.

I have only Nocturne OP55N1 left (all quest done) 2 hours in game and nothing. So xtripclub you are not alone

Yes, I have stayed on foot for more than an hr

Already finished the Transmission or Voodoo boys related quest. Reminder, Nocturne OP55N1 is the last quest so I prolly have finished all the requirements to get the dlc started

Same all quest and achivements done, no call from Songbird to start Phantom Liberty, and also can't sleep in my apartmans, only in the main one which you get at the game prologue

load a save game in which you still have few missions
it finally works for me

i got this bug too , all i did was load the save file before Nocturne OP55N1
