Weapon Tier - No way to upgrade?

Started back , cool update etc

Anyway , a bunch of my iconic weapons are Tier 1 , which is obviously useless -
but you can't Craft things like Mox, Skippy, Lizzie etc

I just can't ever use these weapons now?

You can only upgrade Iconic weapons now, or so it seems. As you level up, you can acquire higher Tier weapons. Upgrading even a limited number of Iconics is very expensive in terms of crafting materials...I find I have to be _very_ judicious in what I want to upgrade.

Yeah sad that you cant upgrade gear anymore
You also can not remove or replace mods on gear anymore either so be careful what you install into your gear.

As pointed out you can just upgrade Iconics and it does not seem like you get the BP to craft them anymore either so don't lose them.
