So I already own Witcher 3 on steam and cannot seem to access these two items in the title in Cyberpunk. Do I need to find them somewhere or should they just be in my stash in my starter apartment like everything else is? I got credit for everything else and all items have been attained. Just not the Witcher 3 items. Am I missing something here?

I had to open Witcher 3 on they launcher to get them show up.

When I go to the Witcher 3 section on the RED launcher it says Buy Now and when I click that it takes me to the Steam page on my web browser to buy the game, which I already own.

Did you already have the launcher up? Or did you try launching Witcher 3 from Steam?

Launcher was already up. I don't even have Witcher 3 installed. at the moment.

Try to Login Red Launcher via GOG with full screen

I'm logged into GoG and the RED launcher. Still nothing. I'm installing Witcher 3 to see if that fixes anything. But I don't have Gwent installed and I got all those items, so I dont understand what the issue is.

This fixed it for me on steam, once i installed it it was playable on launcher and i got the items in game.

That is indeed what the problem was folks. I installed Witcher 3 and booted it though the RED launcher and then started up Cyberpunk and there they were in my stash.

Same problem but what fixed it was launching Witcher 3 and clicking the "My Rewards" tab on the Witcher 3 Menu. That apparently re-logged in my account and GOG "discovered" that I own the game and activated the rewards.

I started up my GoG launcher, had to reconnect my Steam again, rebooted the RED launcher and it worked.
