Can't respec attribute points unfortunately but perk points can be refunded anytime at no cost clicking middle mouse button over them.
But it´s really hard to mess up anyway since with the DLC at least you can max out one stat tree and have the rest at 15 for example. And with the reworked tree´s that´s plenty imo.
Even without the dlc it´s hard to mess up unless you are like 33+ and realize you wanted totally unleveled stat maxed out.
for example if you are at lvl 40 and realise you want blunt finisher but BODY is at 4 you are f-ed in the base game but it´s not like your char will suck. I don´t think it´s possible to make a bad build.
I won't use RED Mods really, i usually play with 150/200 mods and most modders use no redmod format so i usually manually install everything but good to know there's that too, thanks.
Saddly you will need to mod to do another stat respec
