why can't i get relic points?

i grabbed a relic chest but i still have 0 relic points?

I haven't started the DLC yet cause I made my new game 2 days ago so I don't know how it works.

But first of all, did you uninstall the game and did a full reinstall before 2.0?
Did you have any mods before? If so....did you make sure you deleted all the folders and files?

It needed 2 years to make the base game "playable" - another 2 years to fix the bugs of Phantom Failery

Same issue here, level 51 on a completely fresh save made when 2.0 launched, no mods ever installed. Got zero relic points from the DLC intro mission and didn't bother looking for terminals.

i'm reinstalling it now but from the other comments i'm not alone in this issue and i assume at least one of them had done that.

I have the same problem as OP on a fresh new game, it also showed i have 3 of the relic skills unlock but the effects didnt apply and I cant refund those skills. But when I loaded an older save from another playthrough where I 100% the base game, I get relic points normally and unlock skill per normal. The only thing I did differently was on the fresh game I reset all attributes before unlocking the Relic Skill, I dont know if that is what caused the bug or not.

hmm, that's an interesting point for testing, when my reinstall is done i'll load the game i had and see if it's still bugged, if it is i'll try loading a game i had at 100% and see if that fixes it

You get them at stations similar to fast travel. I have gotten two more points, I guess it opens more in the Dogtown area.

Same, used the attribute reset before the DLC started.
Tried manually fixing this by adding the console mod and adding the Relic perk shard - the notification pops up that I've gained a point but it still doesn't actually get added to the character

Thats not the issue Sombra86, we can all collect them but they are not actually showing up.

I also tried that, didnt work. My only option now I think is waiting for a working save editor or if someone else has a better idea
