Aren't you 100% positive that these issue's aren't caused on your end?
What kind of hardware do you use, like GPU, CPU and is Cyberpunk 2077 installed on a SSD?
Quick fix for people with any problems on any game:
1. Get a job
2. Buy a high end PC that's made by professionals in that industry and assured to run games on High-Ultra
3. Enjoy and watch most of your problems just vanish.
even with cyberpunk on my HDD, In over 600 hours I never encountered 98% of his issues lol.
Edit: It was only AFTER they patched it for the majority, did I encounter bugs. Crazy ay?
Or their computer is one big pile of trash. I've worked in a hardware store, and I sold all kind of computers and laptops. From basic to very powerful computers. I had many people coming back with their device, and I can tell you that many problems are just caused by the user itself.
Many people don't keep their Windows clean, which can cause software and driver issue's. To much running in the background or just installing everything they see, without knowing what it is. And then start crying if they have issue's and problems.
A person even filled in a complain about me, that I sold him a gaming laptop which was in his eyes, a broken device.
His laptop was very slow after like a week, browser was crashing all the time. He filled in a complain that I sold him a broken device. When I launched his gaming laptop, I notice it was completly full with strange software. I opened his browser, like 15 taskbars pop in my face. From Yahoo taskbar to all kind of strange taskbars.
I found literally bunch of virussen and spyware aswell. And he wants to fill in a complain that I sold him a broken device. It was even sealed in the box.
So it's not only about people who play under the minimum requirments, but also irresponsible people.
Either that or he's running it on a potato, riddles with software issues, and doesn't have the first clue on how to use any kind of electronic computing device.
I mean, I haven't run into any of those issues even on release, and have played it for over 200h back then.
Yeah this is something you wouldn't know until you start dealing with peoples PC's. It was a bit shocking at first at just how inept people can be with PC's, even when it comes to basic knowledge (i at least thought so). I mean even basic stuff like dusting out their PC once every few months eludes them. I'd ask when was the last time they cleaned it and the response would be "i haven't since i got it a few years ago", which should give ya an idea of what the inside looked like lmfao.
Oh yeah, removing dust is very important aswell, people underestimate how important heat management is. Even with laptops, using a laptop between the blankets and start gaming. This ♥♥♥♥ can even cause fires.
Not far from where I live, a guy died because his laptop overheated overnight and caused a fire in his sleep. He couldn't get away and burned alive.
My ex-girlfriend did the same thing. I started to smell something like burned plastic, but I couldn't really place it. I started to search in my room and found out that my laptop was overheating under the blankets and even started to smell. She was sitting on my bed, using my laptop and while she needed to go to the toilet, she put the laptop on my bed and throw the blanket over my laptop, while a game was running. She said literally to me, that she thought it wouldn't matter, because she was only gone for a few minutes.
Well, the laptop didn't lived very long afterwards.. It's just shocking how many people are irresponsible with computers and laptops. Not only physical but also software.
Apart from some visual issues that both RTX options are exhibiting, smoke flickering and stuff like that, the NPCs have become extra janky this update too. A few examples;

But I have hope now that the expansion and 2.0 are out they'll start fixing these issues. Not sure why others are attacking you, because all of these things are known issues massively reported by others in the community.
Even though it says i looted the weapon.
Game also bugged during smasher fight and broke my melee attacks.
