Tyrosine injector?
Can kills trigger this cyberware? My game is not in English, and I'm not sure what does "knock down" mean here... seems like I can't trigger it by killing ppl.

Yes, it should have read instant stealth kill, but I left out a word. All takedowns are prompted actions though.

It triggers on "takedowns" aka instant stealth, or instant kills from the air with certain melee weapons.
