Can't buy Javelina

So yeah, my V is Level 29 and Level 41 Street Cred and I can't buy the Javelina as it says I need more street cred. But everywhere I look it says its still only Level 30 Street Cred required?? Anyone know the issue?

I have 50 street cred and I can buy it. So I guess they changed the threshold.

There is a free armed Javelina in the game since 2.0. Look up the Hoon. it's in Watson from the start of act 2.

I finally able to get the Javelina at 43 rep.

Javelina is a proper off-road now with reduced top speed and terrible on- road handling.

No the Javelina got faster. I got it up to 195km/h but i could only get the HOON to 171 out on the long road on the badlands.
