Health decrease
I got 500 health before update but it decreases to 430 after update even with health boosting perks what happened

Did you take any over cap netrunning mods? There is a perk that reduces your health by a certain percent per mod size over the cap. I went from like 520 to 440 or something. You can just pick the health regen perks in that case to counter act it.

Do you have the Edgerunner perk in the Tech tree? It let's you go 50 units over for your cyber-ware at the cost of a total of 25% HP.

i have edgerunner perk but i havent installed cyberware over the limit yet
