I really want to get rid of this "hacked" effect on my vision...

If you're talking about the annoying visual glitch that you get, when you "feel bad" in game or whatever.
This issue can be fixed by download a mod on nexusmods called "Glitch be gone" or something like that.
I just fixed that for myself yesterday.

OK...found solution on reddit...its a bug with the relic that activates an effect that doesn't go away like it should...Drinking alcohol fixes it ....all good...this was really annoying,,... i played with it on for like an hour thinking it was part of the story....

Saw the same thread, but drinking alcohol didn't help me.
