Morgan Blackhand Build 2.0

Hi there,
Is a Morgan Blackhand build possible in version 2.0.
I gave it a try. Can u rate my build and give me some options what may I should change.
In my brain he uses al kinds of weapons and Hand to hand combat. Stealth and distraction via some quick hacks. That's what I tried.
