Buying tier 2 and higher quickhacks doesnt appear in my inventory

Im at the one shop where you get the "Ping" Quickhack for free and i bought some tier 2 quickhacks for my Tier 2 cyberdeck. I go to the menu to swap out quickhacks and they're no where to be found. I have no mods installed if that helps.

In order to equip tier 2 quickhacks you need a tier 2 deck. You will need to go to a ripperdoc and upgrade it.

As far as I can tell, you have to level up a ways before seeing higher Tier quickhacks and other items. Perhaps above 9 or 10 in the relevant skill? I was surprised to find a bunch of new cyberware at a ripperdoc's after I got to level 11.

So you have to craft your own quickhacks? Do I need an upgraded deck too?

You'll probably find more quickhacks via the hacking minigame than you craft, but you can certainly craft them if you're impatient and have the quickhack components and crafting diagram, and if you'd rather not pay the vendors to buy 'em outright.

You cannot use a quickhack of a higher tier than whatever deck you're using.
