I sadly deleted my pre-2.0 save file so I won't be recovering them until CDPR fixes it.
Really hoping that CDPR can fix this as the issue apparently has to do with how the code recognized the IDs for dropped weapons but the crafted ones have a different ID than what the game checks for. Apparently you can do a workaround on PC through CET and using a Game.AddToInventory command. That places the actual item in your inventory which will work but crafting it from the spec you found will not.
