What level do epics and legendaries show up?

Epics have started to show up around level 22-25 for me, currently level 27. not sure about the Legendaries right now, might be level 32-35 that they'll start to show up.

around 35+ and up i think, i didnt really bother, just play the game they will drop

So for cyberware, they increase in rarity every 10 levels.

10 for uncommon, 20 for rare, 30 for epic, 40 for legendary. Some cyberware only exists at higher rarities and don't have lower rarity variants.

You can buy them at 30 and 40 respectively and they start to drop around 25 and 35, respectively.
