I'll Fly Away Side Mission Question

Hello,
I missed this side quest during my play through. After updating to 2.0 it has popped up in my journal, but doesn't let me do anything with it. I can't track it and it has no icon on map.
I went out to the Aldecado camp and spoke with everyone, but nothing triggered. It was at night so don't know if that was the issue.

Any ideas? Just a bug?

Same here ! And I completed that quest back when the game released, I do have Scorpion's gift in my apartment.

I submitted a bug report with my save explaining the problem, CDPR replied they've been collecting infos on this one and working on it, next patch should fix it.

2.1 didn't fix this glitch on my side, hope they're working on it. It's no big deal but it bothers me to see a quest I finished three years ago unfinished on a 100% save.

It’s a bug. I have the same problem.

This quest is normally a little obscure. You have to talk to Mitch, who's sitting on a hillside overlooking the Aldecaldo camp. Not hard to find...there are kids playing at the base of the hill and a little graveyard farther up.

Do you know if the bug has been fixed? I had the same one three months ago, haven't checked since then

I did it a few days ago without problems, though the thingy Mitch hands you hasn't appeared in V's apartment so far. I was hoping it would.
New game started after the most recent patch.

The quest can expire, though. I think you have to do it before Queen of the Highway (or before that quest ends, maybe).

Walk up to the table under V's H-10 window. You should get a prompt to 'put down'.
