V for Vendetta achievement bugged?

Ive got every achievement except for V for vendetta and one of the endings. Ive tried multiple times to unlock it using the second heart even after killing the lone enemy that took me down immediatly after reviving it doesnt work. has anyone else experienced and know how to make it work?

I got it before the update using a Sandevistan, it may have gotten bugged out by 2.0?

hmm maybe ill try using a sandy to see if it possibly helps who knows its worth a try. Ive been looking around all over some people have said it may be a possible bug from a previous update for old characters so my last resort will be to make a fresh chr and try to achieve
