Lvl 50, street cred 50, and finished the car race quest lines. Are there some other pre-reqs?

Can't even finish Regina contracts cuz it's in Regina zone so :
I don't have the car
I'm stuck at 22/23 in Regina's contracts...

I have no solution other than :

Redo the mission (load a save before the Dino's last contract) or create another character...

it worked fine for me I did all dino's gigs got gas gas gas and the car was in my garage at the megabuilding.

I might have a fix for you guys,

I had the same problem and followed an instruction from an another player that was saying you just have to reload a save right before having gas gas gas and it should spawn.

It did work for me, I just reloaded the save right before having the quest and the car was there :D

For me Gas Gas Gas was only ever available after finishing Dino's gigs. Nothing to do with streetraces. As soon as you finish his last gig (he only has like 5), he should text you about the reward.

Well yes.. I do have a marker "Collect your reward in garage"
But when I get there.. the parking spot is empty.

In my previous play through it was there normally. But that was 6 months ago and different patch so I guess that 2.0 broke it in some sense.

Whelp it doesn't appear to be having a save that old, though it has its own mess of missed new items, but started a 2.0 save and still cant complete this, or reginas. they just dont show up in the parking lot, marker there though.

I had this happen to me just now on 2.1 on a 2nd character. All I did was reload a save before gas gas gas. Went back to the garage and it was there. Idk it just fixed itself
