For now you can click on Windows icon > search %localappdata% > go to AppData\Local\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077 > and manually rebind the keys which are giving you issues.
it's their old engine. same reason there is basically no accessibility options.
You can turn off that in the gameplay options.
so I mod'd to my liking the UserSettings.json file (in .....AppData\Local\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077)
and also the inputUserMappings.xml file (in ....steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config)
and now somehow the game actually lets me re-bind those keys in-game.. no more "key binding failed" message.
maybe just a bug?
-gotta love tech.
I guess I'll have to manually mod those files whenever I need a custom keybind for certain actions. geeeesh!
No. You can’t. I looked it up, I couldn’t find it.
Settings -> Controls -> Dodging on Movement Input Keys.
Oh…
doesnt look like they will ever fix this .. meh...
