Possibly stupid question regarding weaponized vehicles

Pressing Triangle/Y (yellow) activates your vehicles weapons (not your handheld weapons, the guns built into the vehicle itself).

Now how do you deactivate them?

I've tried double-tapping and holding the same button. Nothing happens. Only way I've been able to turn them off is by getting out of the vehicle and getting back in.

Also, QoL issue - player should still be able to use their handheld weapons in a weaponized vehicle if they want.

Apparently you have a missile launcher? How to I change from machine guns to missiles?

On the bottom right side of the screen the controls appear, I think in F you deactivate the weapons.

The same button that you use the activate the weapons. On PC it's ALT. Note that very few cars actually have missile launchers- I've only found one and it was a random Nomad/Raffen vehicle from a scanner hustle in the Badlands. Most of the cars with missiles will come with Phantom Liberty.

On PC deactivating weapons is "F". I have no idea what it would be on controller, unfortunately.

I have a more infuriating issue than that. My weaponized vehicle keeps ♥♥♥♥♥♥ shooting myself. And it's pissing me off
