Are mantis blades affected by perks?

I haven't played in more than a year. I remember there being a bug where mantis blades weren't affected by certain blade perks and that ended up making them worse than regular katanas. Is that still the case in 2.0 or are they actually good now?

I am using a full melee build with Katana's and Mantis Blade. So far the Mantis Blades seem to be affected by all perks i use (for example blade finishers work for mantis blade too). Still low level tho (lvl 16) so might be different on higher lvl with more perks, but so far so good.

Mantis Blades are still bugged, they don't profit from attack speed buffs f.i. the second level of finisher: bladerunner should give you +20% attack speed. mantis blades get a nifty +0%.
the mantis blades are probably also bugged in numerous other ways. for example, according to the game, mantis blade attack speed (~2.4 attacks per second) should be roughly 15% higher than katanas (~2.1 atks / s). in reality, they attack slower than katanas.
