So, I can upgrade my deck level, but can I upgrade quality?
And where I can buy better decks?
You can get better decks one of two ways. Level up and Get better street cred and you will see them in vendors.
Or while in the Ripper doc screen you will soimetiems see a green /\ in the upper right this is telling you that you have the parts to upgrade the deck.
Upgrading does not go 1 - 2 - 3. It goes 1 to 1+ to 2 to 2+ ect. each whole number will be a new color and you can then run the better quick hacks,
Quick hacks like other gear can be found on vendors as you level and street cred up. BUT as a running you should be hacking every termail you find. One that levels the netrunning skill passivly and to that is were you will get mats to craft your own quick hacks and more imprtantly you can get BPs and quick hacks form it as the 3 reward on the list most of the time.
BTW, what is the best deck for now?
I'm still low level in my teens. But I've been using the Arasaka deck for its delay in being traced which works for my play style. But Every deck now seems to have a nitch for some playstyle or another. Like the Miltech deck at higher teirs giving you bonus SMG damage.
