I need to buy better deck. I'm level 12 now, reputation is 9, but... they still sell level 1 decks :(
But to be honest I really don't mind. I was not a fan of running round the city trying to remember where I saw that rare part.
I think that was one of the things that made the game interesting. Not everything needs simplyfing...
About unlocking the cyberwares, it's the same at it was before, it's tied to street cred, the req are still the same. The difference is that now you don't see the items if you don't have the cred. So you don't know when it's going to be available, and you need to go back to check from time to time after gaining levels.
