Also you don't need a perk to do this, it's just a technicality in the detection mechanics.
That is clearly not an intented gameplay mechanics, come on.
It's from the fact that starting combat ends any trace on you. It might not be intentional but it is "legit" as far as the logic goes. You enter combat so the game considers you to be found, because why would it not? But then there's a small window to kill an enemy after they enter combat before they trigger everyone else to enter combat which creates this loophole.
In my level 30 game I've been sticking to tier 3 and 4 hacks because they do well enough and it becomes manageable with the perks that decrease cost of already cheap hacks.
For me a tier 3 sonic shock costs 4, and a tier 4 short circuit costs 7, but if I queue it up after sonic shock it gets reduced to 5. So I get an untraceable short circuit for 9 ram that kills most people in the game on normal difficulty.
Not to mention they also removed inserting quickhacks like camera control and reboot optics from network access points It is obvious it is just a broad nerf to quickhacks for stealth because it trivialized the stealth sections.
