Possible to change body features?

So I accidentally started my new game with the nudity censor ON and I totally forgot that you can modify your genitals and so on, because if you start with nudity off you don't get those options in the character creation. Haven't played since v1.5 so Im wondering can I change bodily features at the Ripperdoc with 2.0? Im just about to finish prologue but if I can't change it then Im going to restart.

Mind, I'm not talking about changing my make up or hair, I mean, is it possible to change genitals and breast size in game.
