Is there a limit to refunding perks? (not attributes)

I seem to be able to refund perks an unlimited amount of times. Is there a limit to this that I'm just not seeing immediately?

As far as I can tell you only get to respec attributes once. Maybe there's an option later in the game to do it more.

I also just noticed now we could refund perks

About the attributes reset, is there another chance now with the DLC? I've just bought it, but haven't done all the missions to start it and take advantage of the new skill tree and such I hear it has.

So I was thinking I could maybe reset the attributes once now, and once again when the DLC 'kicks in'?
