Relic glitch effect wont stop

Used to be quiting out and re loading fixed it but that doesnt work anymore, nothing I try stops it even the old alchohol fix has stoped working. Anyone got anything for this?

i reloaded before the glitch and i still getting that infinite glitch. Looking for a solution :S

Ugh, this bodes well. I'm looking for a solution too, it's unplayable. Load save, nothing; quit game, nothing; fresh install; nothing. And the only mod I could find on Nexus crashes the game.

Same problem for me, i'm getting dizzy
1st solution is ( apparently, didn't work for me ) drink alcohol several times, save, load.

a mod seems to work, ( last file, johnny related ) https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9209?tab=files

Ive heard this mod is causing crashes resulting in it being unable to work, ill try it out and drop how it goes in this thread

Yep got it as well, nothing seems to work (tried the old fixes). I don't get why they left this in the game since it's been an issue since launch. Sure you get that V is in pain but it also ruins the whole game :0. Since CDPR won't remove the effect from the game and are unable to fix the bugs thats caused from it.... I don't know what to do, reroll a new character and then pray you don't get the bug? Or just play something else.

As far as I'm aware the only way around it is as follows; after you step into the lift and the relic starts to malfunction, pick only the 1st responses in the dialogue that follows with Silverhand. This should result in the malfunction effect passing after a few seconds once the conversation is over.

This mod is a bust but this author has another one dedicated for just the relic effect that does
MAKE SURE YOU UPDATE YOUR VORTEX EXTENSION OR IT WILL CRASH

it works. I tried it not too long ago. Just install it, run the game, make a new save and deinstall the mod. Simple as that

you gotta reload the save before the talk with johnny and don't choose the dialogue option that he is sick in the head which causes the problem

didn't work for me. Manual install and through vortex. Alcohol, water and reloading didn't work either. Guess i'm refunding?

Check that your vortex extension is updated, and that you manual installed to the correct folder.
These files do not go in the mods folder, they go in the cyberpunk2077 main folder archive

Use the the mod to remove the relic glitch, then remove the mod if it causes problems for you.
