Money has more meaning than just buying cars now though, all cybernetics are pricy and their upgrades are pricy. Sure its easy to get but 1 trip to a ripperdoc can melt it away

Hahahahah...just wait until you try to accumulate enough junk to craft weapons and upgrade Iconics. Hint: There's lots of junk to buy at junk shops...and so far in Watson, nowhere else.

It was already possible to easily make infinite money pre-2.0 reliably, just tedious (e.g. do loops murdering respawning 'bangers such as n Pacifica, take their weapons, sell; might have been an even more tedious way to speed that up by disassembling and bulk-crafting, somebody's probably worked out the economics of that). It wasn't just the killing that was tedious, but the selling, but hey -- *any* vendor bought guns and other stuff, for the same price IIRC.
