I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, different hard drives, repairing the game, trying different saves. Nothing works.
SO I FOUND IT OUT FOR ME AT LEAST.
TL:DR
Make sure to uninstall reshade from your system. Download a mod cleaner from nexus mods ( like this one [www.nexusmods.com]).
Issue:
Phone icon was not showing up. Pressing t would freeze all input into the game and nothing would happen (as if the menu popped up but wasnt displaying).
I did originally do that. I did have a bunch of mods on my previous install and i had shaders installed. So what i did is download the reshade installer and installed it. Then i used the same installer to uninstall it. That seemed to removed anything that was left from a previous install (like any system files or other files not inside the cyberpunk install folder). I also used a mod cleaner from nexus mods ( linked here [www.nexusmods.com]). Not this one but one very similar to this one. It was just a batch file that removed mod files from different locations other than the main install folder.
once i did that it worked.
other mods i had installed that was breaking something.
ik im late but thanks for the tips
