Beat the brat bug no damage

So I finally came accross the first stage of Beat the brat just to find out the two brothers are invincible. Is there any fix?

I literally just came across this myself. Apparently it's supposed to be a rare bug. Though, oddly enough, I needed to do a soft reset, and on that same character when I got to that point, previously I had Gorilla Arms installed but in this instance, I did NOT - where the bug triggered. No amount of leaving the area, hard resets, reinstalls, file verification, reloads fixed this. Going back to a year old save, and then back into the new file did not fix it either.

I'm fairly certain the bug may be linked to the Gorilla Arms - that or RnGesus has decided to rez an old bug.

I'm doing a complete new character to see if I can get past this, or if it pops again. If it still shows, I'm gonna do a fresh install/new character - which frankly, is tedious...

No, the old files did not cause issues. As initially WITH Gorilla Arms, it worked fine. Without, it does not seem to, and if you attempt it without, it creates a hard bug on the file preventing it from going progressing.

If someone finds a way past this, that would be great, as I would love to actually jump back into 2077 having been a just under a years worth of time since my last run.
