Screen Blacks Out During The Heist

Fresh playthrough, and during the 'hide in the fat pillar' part of the Heist, my screen blacks out. Oddly enough, it's not completely gone. I can see T-Bug in the corner and see the minimap as well. When Bug gets zapped (sorry for the pun...), I see the red icons indicating that she's being counter-hacked. I've even managed to (blindly) make my way out onto the ledge and jump, but when Jackie and I are recovering, it's still black except for the dialog.

Is anyone else encountering this and is there a known fix?

This is a common issue with this mission, I have no idea why. I had the same problem. I had to seriously turn my graphics settings down to potato quality and it made the flashing black screen go away. After this mission, I was able to turn my settings back up and I was fine.

Nope. I have everything turned down and it still blacks out at the same point. Guess I wait for a fix...or something.

what i did is i open the hacking screen then pressed paused then saved and then quit the game then i reopend it then chaned some settings and loaded that save

I'm getting the same error. Doing this helped halfway through, then I started getting the issue again.

For me, it's a ray tracing issue. Turning it off makes the issue go away. Something similar happened before too, when going through the scanner towards the beginning of the mission, my vision stayed red for a while, then would flicker between normal and red. I thought it was just the 'immersiveness' of what would happen if you did that. Turns out it was a bug.
