Where to buy hacks?

Didn't play the game in like 2 years so kinda forgot, also we can't use Sandevistan together with hacking right? (No mods)

You don't by as many, you upgrade and craft.
Recipes to start you off is the Netrunner shop in japantown. (the one Tbug sent you to to get Ping)

I just found a shop in Afterlife, literraly in the club, and there is a guy working for rogue and he sells stuff like weapon jamming etc etc those amazing hacks

The shop in shop in japantown sells the same thing.
Also you can just look on your map and it will show shops where you can buy hacks.

no, you need a cyberdeck to use quickhacks and cyberdecks cannot be used alongside sandy/berserk or any of those
