Is the Gwynbleidd preorder sword-katana avaliable on steam too? or only gog preorder

Thanks brother, also do we know if we wait for the phantom liberty to come out can we use the sword during the whole game? now im questioning whether i should wait for it to come out to enjoy the sword in the base game too.

The rewards for Phantom Liberty aren't available yet, no. I've not seen anything said about where exactly they'll unlock when Phantom Liberty does arrive - I'd guess at the start in the stash with the existing rewards, but it's just a guess. There's some cosmetic items and a gun which would be added, as well as the sword.

I didn't know we were getting a sword for owning the wild hunt but now I'm happy for that.

I had to install and launch Witcher 3 so that the new CDProject/GOG launcher registered my copy, then it added all the items to my cyberpunk game.
