Any way to change speedometer units?

So, I noticed that the speedometer in game its using mph and I want it to be in kmh. Searching in the settings, I didn't found anything helpful. There's any way of changing it without mods?

It's so weird that they used mph for the speedo and the marker distance is still measured by km. Pick one lol

There's a mod for that, also the mph values much like GTA aren't accurate at all, luckily there's a mod for that too if you wanted accurate mph values

Only one let it slide for is the Porsche cos it’s old enough makes sense.

Rest make no sense given entire former nation, one of the sole holdouts of using king’s foot as baseline for measurement, has more or less collapsed into a small nation state. Meanwhile foreign corporations took over, and spread their products like wild fire to the public of their new territories. Even in game’s lore, the setting by 2077 is not much of an excuse lol

Just for the record: 2.10 added an option to switch to metric units
(at least on the hud, not on the interior screens)

Nice, I already finished the game 100% but it's nice to have the option
