It is just embarrassing that AMD is giving RTX owners Frame Generation. A feature that is already ancient on televisions.
Could not even deliver a driver that had working Ray Reconstruction for 20 and 30 series.
I have the latest driver. And it got greyed out for me after writing this post. Not sure what's going on.
Happened with me as well. Greyed out now. Denoising is specifically for Ray tracing, not for plain rasterization. But yeah the image quality looks cleaner. Or may be we are having a placebo effect.
Well it is technically there but yeah path tracing wont be possible for most except 3080-90 maybe. I think frame gen is possible on Ampere & Turing, they have locked it on a software level. Maybe FSR 3 (if it's good enough) can push Nvidia to do this. It is an important tech.
I have the latest Nvidiadriver, updated the game and all but my RR is also greyed out
