Pre-ordering was a left over from the days of game cartridges that needed a month of lead time to make.
Only fools pre-order these days.
I have to imagine it's very unlikely OP is employed.
For real, Update 2.0 is already free and I expected that to be bare minimum to please customers since they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the launch. Not locking 2.0 behind DLC means they still care about their pre-order/Normal customers.
Forget about it.
Huh, interesting course of action and logic. The game is “garbage” enough for you to still feel bitter about the original release but apparently NOT “garbage” enough for you to still want freebies from the company that made it. ie) The same company that delivered “garbage” to you in the first place.
Again, very interesting.
