Unless a game is specifically designed to favor a controller, keyboard/mouse is always better for controls. Vehicle controls in Cyberpunk 2077 are unfortunately one of those cases where it's designed to favor controllers.
The controls on controllers are ass for this game. I've had both version (console and PC) of the game since release. I never had issues with the vehicles in this game.
In some ways they even control better than some cars in GTAV.
The only games I use controllers for btw are soulslikes because playing that on mouse and keyboard is a nightmare. If a game was made with controllers in mind it's okay but otherwise you shouldn't sully the PC masterrace with pleb console normie stuff.
